Ingredients

  • Atta flour and water

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together flour and water making a soft dough after a few minutes knead again and make small balls (on palm of your hand). Roll out each ball to same to size as our samples. Cook on both sides to a nice golden color. Cook on a cast iron griddle. The roti should puff up and separate into an oval shape if done correctly. Spread lightly with butter and serve immediately.
